At On The Terrace, all products are made to order. This means each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.
Returns
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Preference or style reasons
We strongly recommend checking sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
To report an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once reviewed, we will offer either:
- A replacement item, or
- A full refund (including shipping where applicable)
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- The item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong product
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within 20 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with our shipping partners.
